Shipping costs

The Institute ships items to every destination globally. Standard shipping costs apply to UK and European destinations.

If you are living outside Europe, we will confirm the shipping costs for your order depending on destination and number of items ordered.

The shop system is calculating the shipping costs per item for most destinations automatically. In some cases where items are shipped to more unusual destinations the Institute will confirm the shipping costs prior to the acceptance of the order. No contractual relationship exists before the terms of delivery have been agreed.

Currently the shop system includes GBP 2.00 as a standard shipping cost even to items that are non-physical in their nature as for example conference fees. The GBP 2.00 are deducted from the price of the item so that the item price plus standard shipping costs reflect the correct price for the item overall.
