General Terms and Conditions

The Institute delivers items to all destinations globally after receipt of payment.

If you are a regular customer we can offer the delivery of items based on invoice. This payment option is not available for first time customers or for customers outside Europe. The items remain the property of the Institute until full payment is received.

For international orders we recommend international bank transfers or paypal payments depending on bank charges. Cheque payments can only be accepted for cheques drawn on a UK bank, we cannot bank foreign cheques.

The items are dispatched as soon as payment is received.

The Institute reminds all customers to respect the copyright of the publications ordered.
